Orders & shipping

How fast do you ship?

We make small batches every week, so orders ship within 2 days from Fulton, Missouri. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way, and US delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after that.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the United States, free. International shipping is coming soon.

What if it doesn't suit my skin?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement, your choice. Opened bottles are fine. See the refund policy for details.

Using the products

How do I use Copper Theory and Vital Theory?

Apply 1–2 pumps to clean skin morning and evening. Let it absorb, then follow with moisturizer, and sunscreen in the morning. The two layer well together: try Vital in the morning and Copper at night.

How do I use Scalp Theory?

Part the hair and apply 2–3 pumps directly to a clean, dry or towel-dried scalp, in sections. Massage in and don't rinse. Use once a day, morning or evening.

How long before I notice a difference?

Skin feels hydrated from the first use. For the look of firmness, tone, and texture, use Copper or Vital daily for 4–8 weeks before you judge it. Hair grows slowly, so give Scalp Theory at least 12 weeks.

Why is Copper Theory blue?

The blue is the copper peptide itself, not an added dye. One or two pumps spread thin and absorb without tinting your skin. Scalp Theory is a lighter blue for the same reason, and Vital Theory is amber from the cordyceps.

Who makes Mycena?

Mycena is made by the growers behind BLH Farm, a certified organic mushroom farm in central Missouri. We formulate every serum ourselves and make them in small batches every week in Fulton, Missouri.

Are Mycena serums organic?

Our farm is. The serums aren't certified organic: ingredients like copper peptides and niacinamide are made in a lab, and some mushrooms come from other vetted growers. We'd rather say that plainly.

Are your products fragrance-free?

Yes. No added fragrance and no added colorants — and no alcohol, silicones, or parabens. The full ingredient list is on every product page.

Can I use them with other actives?

Yes. Introduce one new product at a time. If you use strong acids or vitamin C, use them at a different time of day from Copper Theory.

Can I use these while pregnant or with sensitive skin?

Patch test before first use. If you're pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition, check with your doctor or dermatologist before starting any new product.
