Returns
We want you to love your Mycena Skin products. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original condition.

How returns work

• Email us at info@mycenaskin.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
• Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post it.

Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away at info@mycenaskin.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned.
